Atlanta Humane Society

On Tuesday, November 4 the North Fulton Rotary Club took a field trip. We had held our weekly meeting at the Atlanta Humane Society. We took a tour of the facility and spent time learning about the work they do to save vulnerable cats and dogs in our area. We played with the puppies and kitties! As a token of appreciation for the services provided, our club members donated over $400 worth of much needed supplies. We donated beds, bowls, toys, paper towels and cleaning supplies. The animals were anxious to impress and persuade us to take them home to be lifelong companions. So, President Kristi obliged. Kristi saved a life and gave her new puppy, Izzy, a forever home!
