Watch for Membership Survey ... Then Tell Us What You Think
To gain a deeper understanding of our members’ satisfaction
levels and needs, we have developed an online Voice of the Customer
survey. The survey is anonymous and takes 10-15 minutes to
complete. Questions with red stars (*) require a response. Your responses will help ensure
your voice is heard and guide us in our planning. We will distribute the survey via email this Friday, January 10, and ask that you complete it by January 17, 2025. Thank you for cooperation and input.
For those who would prefer to submit a paper copy of the survey, please let me
